1. Thalasso Baby Bath We begin with a Thalasso Baby Bath — a soothing, enveloping experience that helps baby release any birth tensions and gently relive the comforting sensations of the womb. 2. A moment of bonding and relaxation After the bath, depending on your wishes and how your child feels, we continue with either: a gentle massage to help him relax, or a cosy skin-to-skin moment to deepen your connection. 3. Practical support so you can rest While you take time to rest, I can help around the house or care for your baby if he wakes up, so you can enjoy a true moment of recovery. 4. Getting to know your newborn At the end of our time together, we reflect on everything we’ve observed and learned about baby — his personality, his needs, and how he communicates. We explore how this can guide his feeding, sleep, calm, and the way you respond to his cries. If you wish, I can demonstrate and practice with you, on your child or my teaching doll, so you feel confident. 5.
