The time stand still
A peaceful pause using the Thalasso Baby Bath playlist
We had your child Thalasso Baby Bath few days ago now.
And this is the music I used to slow down the course of your day when I came to your place.
So you can feel you have all the time of the world to witness how beautifully and amazing your baby is, and soak into how proud you feel.
If the moment of your Thalasso is fading away, I wish it can remain as a anchor to find your peace and tranquility too.
If you want to go back in the bath of emotion this session has been, I want to give this playlist to you
If you want to feel held again, take these musics as the totem of the profound attention I hold for you and your family.
I can guess time got rushed again, maybe even hard to find lately, so
-
prepare a head phone and
-
when a nap is coming
-
give yourself 6 interrupted minutes to listen the music.
Preparing for Baby Sleep &
Finding Calm
(reflux edition)
Part of my job is to understand why one strategy works for a baby and not for another one, so in this program I'm going to explain why staying calm, gently walking, and avoiding overstimulation (and other strategies like that) doesn't work for your baby.
Because sometimes, the calm and quiet strategy can make things worse for some babies, especially those who struggle in the "it's normal window", like
-
the tongue-tied diagnosed but still uncomfortable,
-
the reflux or allergy, treated but still difficult,
-
or the colicky baby, healthy enough, growing well, "nothing to be concerned about", but still really gassy and with his sleep constantly interrupted,
Finding Calm (Reflux Edition)
4-8 Month Sleep
(Regression ?)
This program is for you if:
-
This Feed-to-sleep, starts making you feel stuck, and you believe you might have created wrong habits around sleep
-
Naps are getting a nightmare to handle. When following the cues and wake windows doesn't work anymore.
-
Nursery is starting soon, and right now, mum's chest is the only magic trick on your repertoire to help baby clam down and eventually sleep (sometimes, when we're lucky)
-
Meltdowns are so intense now, they reach a complete other level. You're scared to find out your baby might have a extra-sensible temperament.
