Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only accepted via phone calls, and under no condition via texts or emails. All patients will have to respect those conditions in order to be able to book another appointment. No further appointment will be booked if due fees are not paid. Any late cancellation with less than 48 hrs will be charged by the full fee of the missed session.
