Sleep has a complex and intricate system. I am a pediatric nurse
and sleep consultant in London, and part of my job is to :
→ make sure the strategy parent use, match the goal they have in mind,
→ find where you can give yourself some flexibilty when it comes to your baby sleep, and
→ where to focus your energy on for a minimal effort but durable outcomes
→ bring together sleep, cooperation and autonomie, but in the right order so it come with the minimum effort for your family.
→ help you know when you have to focus on your baby sleep, and when you can give yourself a break, and actually focusing on you.
